About Us
REACH C.O.C, was birthed out of a vision Rev. Dr. Pamela Chisholm worked towards for many years. Having developed a Helping Hands for Jesus Clothing Ministry in 1998, Organized & conducted Annual Friends and Family Street fairs since 2002, Thanksgiving Feast with food and clothing distribution since 2005, Prayer Station Outreach Ministry in 2009 which continues to be strong outreach initiatives.
REACH C.O.C, is another form of outreach that seeks to support the underserved communities in New York City to obtain the resources, guidance and advocacy needed to obtain wholesome lifestyles.
REACH C.O.C. Inc. Is a not-for-profit organization developed to support the underserved population who struggle with homelessness, addiction and mental health by providing a holistic approach through Resources, Empowerment, Advocating, and Connecting Community for Healing.
